The 2012 Top Workplaces distinction is earned through employee survey results. The anonymous surveys were conducted by a third party to encourage employees to be candid when responding to statements such as, “I feel genuinely appreciated at my workplace,” “My manager listens to me,” and “My pay is fair for the work I do.” Approximately 90% of all MSS employees chose to participate in the survey, listing a number of reasons for loving their workplace, including the “great benefits package” and “flexibility to balance work and personal life.”
