Top Workplaces 2011 MSS Employee Testimonials

Movers Specialty Service, Inc. (MSS) has been recognized by the Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News and Philly.com as one of top 100 places to work in the Philadelphia Tri-State region.  MSS was favorably ranked based on survey responses provided by MSS employees.  The news organization announced the “Top Workplaces 2011” in a special section of their March 20 publication.

The anonymous surveys were conducted by a third party company, Workplace Dynamics, to encourage employees to be candid while responding to statements such as “I have confidence in the leader of this organization,” “My manager listens to me,” and “My pay is fair for the work I do.”  Employee participation was voluntary.  Fully 98% of all MSS employees chose to participate; this is one of the highest response rates of all employers surveyed.  The average response across all companies was only 56% according to the Inquirer.
