At MSS, support for our community means offering opportunities for direct employee involvement for local causes.

Nowhere is this commitment more obvious than with Variety–The Children’s Charity.  Tim Hughes, MSS President and CEO, has long supported Variety’s Philadelphia Chapter through his corporate leadership.  Tim’s enthusiasm is shared by MSS employees who can support Variety through payroll direct-deposit donations, by volunteering  their time or simply by having lunch with special needs children who are annually invited to our company picnic.  In addition, MSS employee events include raising funds to support Variety and other local causes.  MSS is always on hand at the Children’s Champion Gala, Variety’s major annual event and fund raiser.

Our support for other local causes include fundraising through employee appreciation activities and through employee holiday season contributions of  food, clothing  and toys to Toys for Tots, Philabundance, and Manna on Main Street.  All such activities are consistent with MSS’s belief that giving back to the community is a local responsibility as well as an individual opportunity and choice.
