Required Skills/Experience

• 3-5 years managing production of high traffic websites and at least 2 years of web development, communications and/or marketing experience
• BS in computer science or a web related field, or significant equivalent experience (5+ years)
• Knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, Plug-ins and cross-browser compatibility
• Working knowledge of relational database systems such as MySQL, XML (RSS), server side include files and JavaScript (JQuery)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Understanding of information architecture, web usability and search engine optimization
• Experience using APIs to generate dynamic content (examples: Google Maps API, Google Feeds API, WordPress widgets)

Based in our Montgomeryville, PA headquarters and hub service facility, our Customer Service Coordinators are the primary customer touch point to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled timely and in accordance with customer requirements and MSS’ service and quality standards. Tasks include:

• Receive calls, emails and live support chats from movers regarding changes and updates to existing orders and to process new orders as required.
• Resolving all issues related to orders in accordance with established procedures
• Daily monitor assigned order queue’s to ensure all outstanding issues are addressed
• Making thorough, clear and detailed order notes into computer system
• Obtaining proper authorizations when extra services are required by customers
• Quoting cost of services to movers and relocating customers
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with assigned customers
• Receive calls and emails from our service providers and transferees regarding changes and updates to existing orders.

Requirements

All candidates must be able to work a 10AM to 7PM shift. This position also requires excellent interpersonal skills, superior verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette in all customer and work interactions. Customer Service Coordinators must be organized, detail-oriented and possess rapid response follow-up and problem solving skills to satisfy customer’s needs in a high-volume work environment. Success in this position requires ability to obtain detailed knowledge of MSS services and their applications. Basic computer proficiency, order entry and ability to effectively navigate customer order database system is required. High school diploma and at least two years experience in high-volume customer service, problem-solving and follow-up is required. Relocation and mover industry experience is highly desired and valued.

We are staffed from 8:30AM until 9PM to support our customers nationwide. Overtime and some Saturday hours (9AM to 1PM) are required on a rotating basis.

Our Local Operation team provides ‘Solutions on Demand’ for movers and relocating customers throughout the Tri-State area. Using company vehicles, MSS Service Technicians are dispatched to daily assignments serving private residences and businesses. Service Technician Assistants will support our experienced Lead Service Techs on daily truck routes, performing a variety of duties, including appliance disconnect and reconnect, crating and disassembly and/or reassembly of household goods such as swing sets, wall units, grandfather clocks, pool tables, etc. This job also helps build custom crates as needed for such items as plasma TV’s, marble or glass table tops, art work, antiques and other items requiring special handling during a move.

Requirements

This job requires proficient and safe use of a wide variety of hand and power tools.  Basic knowledge of carpentry, electricity, and plumbing are needed.  Position will additionally serve as backup route driver and requires safe driving skills and valid driver’s license. High school diploma and some related experience or general technical training or know-how are required. Training will be provided in the safe use of all tools.

This position requires flexible scheduling and frequent overtime during busy summer season and Saturday hours!
